Carry are Chinese speaking.

Junior
Clerk
(Order Processing Dept) |
A full time position
is available in our order processing department. Applicants must possess the following.
 | Ability to speak Cantonese fluently |
 | Ability to read and write English |
 | Valid UK work permit |
 | Excellent telephone manners |
 | Comfortable working in a busy office environment 5.5 days a week. |
No experience is necessary as on the job training will be provided.
Salary between £17,340.95 - £18,540.96 per annum.

and Carry
Assistant
Managers |
Assistant Managers have organisational and management responsibilities, reporting
to the superstore division manager. Because the business operates on a 7-days per week
basis, Assistant Managers must be able to deputise for Store Managers and efficiently run
a Chinese cash and carry branch dealing with all aspects of site management, including
sales, stock control, health & safety, personnel and general administration.
Qualifications
 | Degree or equivalent (degree in a
business related subject preferred) |
 | Must be multi-lingual English
and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) written and spoken |
Experience
Experience not
essential as training will be given.

Job and Candidate Specification:
Main responsibilities of the post:
 | To act as first point of contact for
all queries from staff, customers and suppliers
|
 | To manage all cash and carry staff |
 | To review job applications and
arrange interviews as required |
 | To update the staff of all company
policies, procedures and rules changes in meetings |
 | To oversee and assist with stock
control and ordering including organising and undertaking the quarterly stock checks and
ensuring goods are always in stock |
 | To log customer complaints and
process as necessary |
 | To attend meetings, conferences and
training days relevant to projects |
 | To handle investigations and meetings
for grievance and disciplinary procedure |
 | To undertake any other project work
that may be reasonably assigned from time to time |
 | To organise and provide training for cash and carry staff |

Knowledge/Technical skills
 | Must be Chinese (Mandarin and

Salary
Starting at £19,400 per annum, plus potential to earn performance
related bonuses

| HR Assistant |
A Human Resource
Assistant is required to
provide organisational and administrative support to the HR Department and the Board of
Directors.
As an HR Assistant you will be
providing generalist service to client base and to work on various HR projects and
activities as required.
Main qualifications and experience
 | A minimum of one years work
experience in a related field of work or a keen interest in the field of Human Resources |
 | Possess strong written and verbal
communication skills |
 | Currently pursuing or interested in gaining
an HR qualification |
 | Good working knowledge of Microsoft
packages |
