Cantonese Speaking Order Processing Clerk
   
Description We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk to join the team in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and clients.  This is a shift work position at 5 ½ days a week, based at Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex.  Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability of handling various tasks.

Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English

Professional telephone manner

PC and Keyboard skills and use of Excel

Excellent team player

Ability to multi-task

Proactive approach to the working environment

Good time management

Attention to detail

Customer Service Focus

Educated to A Level standard including Grade B in Math  

   
Key Duties

Dealing with telephone and internet orders

Record all requests accurately from customers and enter details on to a database

Process orders for delivery

Communicate effectively with all customers and clients

Clerical and administration duties including mailing and courier
