Description	We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk to join the team in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and clients. This is a shift work position at five and a half days per week, based in Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex. Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle various tasks.

Key Duties	Dealing with telephone and internet orders Record all requests accurately from customers and enter details into system Process orders for delivery Communicate effectively with customers and clients Clerical and administration duties including mailing and courier liason

Candidate specification

Personal Profile	Fluent in Cantonese and English Professional telephone manner Good Computer skills with previous experience of Microsoft Excel Excellent team player and ability to multi-task Good typing speed Pro-active approach to the working environment Good time management Attention to detail Strong customer service focus Educated to A-level standard, including grade B in Mathematics

Salary	Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
