To act as
first point of contact for all queries from staff, customers and
suppliers
To manage
Cash & Carry staff
To review
job applications and arrange interviews as required
To update
the staff on company policies, procedures and rules changes in
meetings
To
oversee and assist with stock control and ordering including
organising and undertaking the quarterly stock-checks and ensuring
goods are always in stock
To log
customer complaints and process as necessary
To attend
meetings, conferences and training days relevant to projects
To handle
investigations and meetings for grievance and disciplinary procedure
To
undertake any other project work that may be reasonably assigned
from time to time
To
organise and provide training for Cash & Carry staff |
