Huge Launch of Speciality Products
IFE, the International Food Exhibition is one of the top five food exhibitions in the
world and the only truly international event of its kind in the UK. Previously, the show
has brought together 1,400 exhibitors and over 25,500 visitors from around the world. With
exhibitors and visitors coming from Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, North
America, South / Central America, Africa, Far East and Australia, It is an exciting
exhibition with true global involvement.
The previous International Food Exhibitions (IFE) were both popular and successful.
Professional buyers, caterers, wholesaler, manufacturer, importer, hotelier and retailers
from all over the world take part in the show. It will be a golden opportunity to meet
your potential buyers and the right business partner.
Hoo Hing, the Oriental Food Specialists, (stand NE1620) is gearing up for its biggest
launch ever at the IFE 2003. The Sensational Oriental Gourmet will be the main
focus of this years exhibition where the latest authentic oriental products from
Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand will make their debuts.
Amongst the speciality products are the Golden Elephant range, Super range, Lactasoy
soybean range, and Taro fish snack range which represent some of the main features of our
product launch.
Golden Elephant Range
Famous for its Thai fragrant rice and U.S.A long grain rice and supported heavily by
its extensive promotion on Chinese TV, press and radio, the Golden Elephant range is
entering the exciting world of sauces by launching a range of restaurant-style sauces
pitched at the premium end of the market. The strong range of ambient sauces includes
chilli sauce for chicken and seasoning sauce.
Super Range
Super, the legendary convenience range, comprises of cup noodles, Laksa noodles, fried
noodles, porridge, coffee, cappuccino, tea, iced tea, instant Soya bean drink and cereal.
It is ideally positioned for the Cash rich, time poor audiences who find
cooking too time consuming but would like to experience the flavours from the Far East.
Lactasoy Soybean Range
The benefit of drinking soybean has been well known in Asia. With the media emphasising
the various benefits of soy, soymilk is now recognised worldwide for its nutritional
qualities as a true health food and is booming in the health sector. Lactasoy, the
nutritious soybean drink, is available in 200ml, 250ml and 500ml sizes with original,
chocolate and natural flavours. It is produced from non-genetically modified fresh whole
bean. Lactasoy is aimed at tying in with the healthy eating customers who are looking for
simpler ways to incorporate more soy in their diet.
Taro fish snack Range
As a new entrant to the mainstream market, Taro fish snacks spice up the taste of fish
and add fun to snack lovers. Taro fish snacks comes in spicy, BBQ and hot chilli flavours
bagged in 32g and 13g portions. Taro crispy, the fish crisp, comes in seasoned, teriyaki
and chilli flavours. The Taro fish snack range targets all ages and is an interesting
combination of nutritious seafood and a delicious snack product, which makes eating
seafood more enjoyable.

Transport
By Road
A new road network links ExCeL directly to the North Circular (A406), the M11 and M25,
providing convenient access to the country's motorway network. The M1, A1 (M), M3, M4,
M11, M23, M26 and M40 motorways all intersect with the M25. Journey time from Junction 27
on the M25 to ExCeL is approximately 15 minutes. The Limehouse Link, a dual carriageway,
provides a through route into the London Docklands from the Embankment, Victoria and the
West End. Journey time from the City is approximately 15 minutes. There is on-site parking
for 6,000 vehicles. Whilst ExCeL is not within the congestion charging boundaries, no
extra cost will be added in visiting the exhibition
By Rail
The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) will deliver you directly to ExCels main
station, custom House. The best connection with the DLR is via Canning Town on the Jubilee
line. From Canning Town, Custom House is just two stops away. Connections can also be made
at Bank, from the Central, Waterloo and City Lines, and at Tower Gateway from the District
and Circle lines.
By Air
London City Airport is Europes leading airport dedicated to business travelers,
with rapid Check-in and Check-out services and only 5 minutes away
from ExCel. Currently, 10 airlines service 26 European cities including Paris, Brussels,
Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Zurich.
Being an innovative exhibitor, we aim at introducing our premium brands and our latest
products at the show. Our stand will be located in the general food hall and our stand
number is NE1620. Our main theme for this exhibition is "The sensational Oriental
Gourmet" by which the distinctive taste from Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Vietnam and
