An interesting article appeared in the Sunday Times newspaper. The article
entitled "Spoilt for Choi" recognised that eating cabbage can become a bit
boring. It suggested that Chinese vegetables would be a more interesting and adventurous
alternative. Various recipes were provided and Hoo Hing was recognised to be a supplier of
fresh Chinese vegetables.
