Fried Udon
Noodles
with Golden Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots
(serves 2)

Ingredients:
Cooking Method:

Heat the oil in a wok and add Udon noodles when hot

Stir noodles to loosen

When loose, add water and continue to stir-fry for about 5
minutes

Add the golden mushrooms and bamboo shoots to wok, and allow
to cook

Add BBQ seasoning from Udon packet, and stir until seasoning
blends well
-
Serve hot
