Tempura Prawn
served with wasabi sauce

Ingredients:

Mix the tempura batter with water thoroughly

Heat oil in pan

Sprinkle flour over the prawns

Dip prawns in tempura mixture and then deep-fry them
in the pan of oil until the batter turns a light brown colour

Remove tempura prawns from pan and place on kitchen
towel to absorb any excess oil

Serve with wasabi sauce
