Stir Fry Pork
with Garlic and Chili Sauce
(serves 4)

Ingredients:

Cooking Method:

  1. Marinate pork slices with garlic cloves and Flying Goose Chili and Garlic Sauce for at least an hour

  2. Boil baby pak choi in boiling water until about half cooked.  drain water from pak choi and set aside

  3. Heat the oil in a wok, and stir fry marinated pork mixture until pork is lightly browned

  4. Place baby pak choi, beansprouts and sauces into mixture

  5. Stir fry until heated through
