Stir Fry Pork with Garlic and Chili Sauce (serves 4)
Ingredients:
600g pork fillets (sliced thinly)
450g baby pak choi
100g bean sprouts
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons Flying Goose Chili Sauce with Extra Garlic
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons Pantai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon Gold Plum Light Soy Sauce
Cooking Method:
Marinate pork slices with garlic cloves and Flying Goose Chili and Garlic Sauce for at least an hour Boil baby pak choi in boiling water until about half cooked. drain water from pak choi and set aside Heat the oil in a wok, and stir fry marinated pork mixture until pork is lightly browned Place baby pak choi, beansprouts and sauces into mixture Stir fry until heated through
Marinate pork slices with garlic cloves and Flying Goose Chili and Garlic Sauce for at least an hour
Boil baby pak choi in boiling water until about half cooked. drain water from pak choi and set aside
Heat the oil in a wok, and stir fry marinated pork mixture until pork is lightly browned
Place baby pak choi, beansprouts and sauces into mixture
Stir fry until heated through
