Steamed Tofu
with Minced Pork
(serves 1)

Ingredients:
Cooking Method:

Steam the Tofu for 5 minutes and then set aside

Heat up a wok with some oil and stir fry the minced pork
-
Add in the water, oyster sauce and soy sauce, and bring to
the boil

Add spring onion, chilli, and sesame oil (plus any
seasoning, as required) to wok
-
Quick stir for 30 seconds and pour contents on to steamed
tofu
-
Serve hot with boiled rice
