Satay Chicken on Skewers (serves 4)
Ingredients:
400g fresh chicken
One packet Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix
240ml Chaokoh Coconut Milk
3 teaspoons of cooking oil
Bamboo skewers
Cooking Method:
Chicken: Cut chicken into thin strips Mix 'packet "A"' of Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix with about 60ml coconut milk. Marinate chicken for 1 hour (minimum) Skew chicken strips onto bamboo skewers Grill until cooked Satay sauce Mix 'packet "B"' of Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix in a small cooking pot with the remaining coconut milk (approx 180ml), and 3 teaspoons of oil Bring to the boil Serve with grilled chicken
Chicken:
