Hunan Lamb
Sautéed in a spicy sauce, Hunan Lamb is a well-known dish for all lamb lovers. It is spicy, refreshing and delightful. Ingredients: · 300g lamb · 2 teaspoons of Lee Kam Kee minced ginger · 3 red hot chillies · 2 leeks
· 1 teaspoon of salt · 1 teaspoon of sugar · 2 tablespoons of Pantai Light Soy Sauce · 1 teaspoon of Gold Plum Pure Sesame Oil · 2 teaspoon of Pagoda Siao Xing Wine · 2 teaspoons of Pride Pure Vegetable oil
Sauces: · 1teaspoon of salt · 1 teaspoon of sugar · Half cup of water · 2 teaspoons of Kingsford USA Cornstarch
Cooking Method: 1. Cut lamb into thin slices, mix with seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes 2. Cut Leeks into sections 3. Heat oil in wok, add ginger and leeks, stir-fry until it is cooked, save for later use 4. Heat oil in wok, add chillies and garlic, cook for 1 minute and add lamb into the wok 5. Return the leeks in the wok, add sauce until it cooks and thickens
