Hunan Lamb

Sautéed in a spicy sauce, Hunan Lamb is a well-known dish to all lamb lovers - it is spicy, refreshing and delightful!

Ingredients:

  •   300g lamb

  •   2 teaspoons of minced ginger

  •   3 red hot chillies

  •   2 leeks

Cooking Method:

  1. Cut lamb into thin slices, mix with seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes

  2. Cut Leeks into sections

  3. Heat oil in wok, add ginger and leeks, stir-fry until it is cooked, save for later use

  4. Heat oil in wok, add chillies and garlic, cook for 1 minute and add lamb into the wok

  5. Return the leeks in the wok, add sauce until it cooks and thickens
