Chop the bread into small pieces (about quarter-inch square) Chop water chestnuts and fat pork Shell and chop the prawns, add all ingredients and mix with the seasoning Refrigerate for 30 minutes Spread the bread cubes on a clean pan, roll the paste into a ball and roll it on to the bread cubes, repeat until all the paste is used up Deep-fry until the bread cubes are golden in colour
