Clean
the crab thoroughly and cut into pieces. Mix
with seasoning
Chop
vegetables and
chillies
Rinse preserved black
bean and
ginger, and mix with garlic flakes
Heat
oil in wok, coat crab
pieces lightly with cornstarch. Fry until the
crab changes to a goldencolour.
Remove and save for later use
Heat oil in wok.
Add garlic and black
bean mixture for approx. 2 minutes. Add crab to
wok and fry with all ingredients. Pour in sauce and cook until sauce boils
