Fried Crab with Chilli and Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • Half teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

Sauces:

·          1 teaspoon of sugar

·          1 teaspoon of Gold Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce

·          1 teaspoon of Gold Plum Superior Dark Soy Sauce

·          Half teaspoon of Gold Plum Pure Sesame Oil

·         Half cup of water

Method:

  1. Clean the crab thoroughly and cut into pieces.  Mix with seasoning.
  2. Chop vegetables and chilli
  3. Rinse preserved black beans and ginger and mix with garlic flakes.
  4. Heat oil in wok, coat crab pieces lightly with cornstarch. Fry until the crab change into golden colour. Remove and save for later use.
  5. Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and black beans for 2 minutes. Add crab to wok and fry with all ingredients. Pour in sauce until boils.
