Fried Crab with Chilli
and Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
Seasonings:
- 1
teaspoon of Salt
- Half
teaspoon of Pepper
- 1
teaspoon of Cornstarch
Sauces:

1 teaspoon of sugar
·
1
teaspoon of
Gold
Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce
·
1
teaspoon of
Gold
Plum Superior Dark Soy Sauce
·
Half
teaspoon of
Gold
Plum Pure Sesame Oil
·
Half cup
of water
Method:
- Clean
the crab thoroughly and cut into pieces.
Mix
with seasoning.
- Chop
vegetables and chilli
- Rinse preserved black
beans and
ginger and mix with garlic flakes.
- Heat oil in wok, coat crab
pieces lightly with cornstarch. Fry until the
crab change into golden colour.
Remove and save for later use.
- Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and black
beans for 2 minutes. Add crab to
wok and fry with all ingredients. Pour in sauce until boils.
