If you
are a beef lover, the authentic Chinese style steak may appeal to your taste buds. The
stir-fried dish needs only quick cooking for ideal and tender result. It is quick, saucy
and mouth watering.
Ingredients:
 | 350g Beef fillet |
 | 1 Onion |
Seasonings:
Sauces:

1 teaspoon of sugar

Half teaspoon of salt
·
1 teaspoon of Kingsford USA
Corn Starch
·
1 teaspoon of Pantai
Mushroom soy sauce
·
1 teaspoon of L&P
Worcestershire sauce
·
3 teaspoons of
·
Half cup of water
Cooking Method:
- Cut beef into thick pieces and mix
with seasonings. Marinate for 1 hour
- Stir- Fry beef until
almost cook, save it for later use
- Heat the wok with
vegetable oil, fry union, add sauce and put the beef back until the sauce boils and
thickened.
