Chinese Greens
in Oyster Sauce
(serves 4)

Ingredients:

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat up wok and stir fry the garlic until lightly browned and then set aside

  2. Heat up a pot of water and bring to the boil

  3. Add two small drops of cooking oil into the boiled water.  Now add vegetables to boiling water

  4. Allow veg to cook for 5-10 minutes, then drain and arrange vegetables on a plate

  5. In a wok, heat up the remaining cooking oil, and add the oyster sauce, sugar and pepper

  6. As soon as the sauce heats up and starts to blend, transfer and pour over the vegetables.

  7. Top the vegetables and sauce with the garlic from step 1

  8. Serve immediately

Tip: Pour extra oyster sauce on top for a stronger taste
