in Oyster Sauce
(serves 4)

Ingredients:
Cooking Method:

Heat up wok and stir fry the garlic until lightly browned
and then set aside

Heat up a pot of water and bring to the boil

Add two small drops of cooking oil into the boiled water.
Now add vegetables to boiling water

Allow veg to cook for 5-10 minutes, then drain and arrange
vegetables on a plate

In a wok, heat up the remaining cooking oil, and add the
oyster sauce, sugar and pepper
-
As soon as the sauce heats up and starts to blend, transfer
and pour over the vegetables.

Top the vegetables and sauce with the garlic from step 1
-
Serve immediately
Tip: Pour extra oyster sauce on top for a stronger taste
