Californian
Roll

Small in size,
Californian Roll is a great and healthy choice for snack, appetizer and main course.
Makes 3 rolls or 18 'pieces
Cooking Utensils:
· 1 Sushi Rolling Mat
· Clingfilm
- 3 half-size sheets Nagai Honasukasa Nori-Red seaweed paper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh avocado
- 150g Luxury crab meat
- Japanese horseradish
- Sesame Seeds

Nishiki Japanese
Rice
- Misukan
Rice Vinegar
Cooking Method:
1. Prepare
rice
2. Cover
sushi mat with cling film. Put the seaweed paper on top of the mat. Spread a layer of
sushi rice thinly on top of the seaweed
3. Put a
little bit of rice vinegar on top of the rice
4. Thinly
slice the cucumber, add with avocado and crab meat on top of the rice
5. Roll
the mat slowly, compress and shape the roll
6. Carefully
stick the end of the seaweed paper with a little bit of horseradish
7. Unroll
the mat and remove cling film
8. Sprinkle
with sesame seeds and cut into sections
